Tinker Lasantha shot dead by Police

Hewa Lunuge Lasantha alias Tinker Lasantha, main suspect in the murder of “Sunshine Sudda” was shot dead by police at Diyagama in Kalutara this morning (26).

“Sunshine Sudda” was shot dead in Matara in September this year.

Lasantha had been taken to Diyagama area by the police to recover the weapons used by him to shoot Sunshine Sudda.

When he tried to throw a hand grenade at the Police officers, they opened fire, the Police said.
