Breaking: Suresh Sallay removed from SIS

Major General Suresh Sallay has been removed from the post of Chief of the State Intelligence Service (SIS).

The National Police Commission has recommend to appoint SDIG Dhammika Priyantha to fill the vacancy.

Sallay’s role in Easter Sunday terror attacks in 2019 came under scrunity as he held the post of Military Intelligence Chief at that time.
